We are one of the leading Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and leading travel agency / tour operator in Maldives. As such, we represent over 300 of the world's leading tour operators. We handle shore excursions and stopover holiday programmes in Maldives for cruise lines and airlines.

What We Provide

Hotel Reservation

Starting from the very first inquiry, we have holiday advisers working around the clock – advising our holidaymakers on what suits their budget to every detail in the room.

Inner Maldives as a group holds exclusive bed rights for more than 350 beds in 68 different resorts, ranging from the top end to the low budget, thus we can offer wholesale or individual rates that are competitive.

Nobody does more to make sure your holiday runs like clockwork. From Airport representative to greet our clients in our very own counter in the airport – to transfer the clients to their hotel is made comfortable and safe been pour priority, Inner Maldives Maldives guarantee your peace of mind.

Destination Management

Our full range of destination management services includes:

Aviation Services

Our aviation services include:

-Group handling for all scheduled and non-scheduled airlines and private / corporate aircrafts;
-Liaison with government agencies to obtain flight clearance and over-fly permit;
-Obtaining and providing information on flight plans, MET reports and NOTAMS;
-Attending to all crew requirements and arranging accommodation and transportation, and any other crew essentials;
-Acts a General Sales Agency (GSA), Passenger Sales Agency (PSA) and Cargo Sales Agency (CSA) for international airlines flying to the Maldives;
-Passenger handling for all airlines including making the necessary changes in transfers and accommodation for passengers on behalf of the airline in the event of delayed flight arrivals or departures;
-Chartering of long haul passenger aircrafts from recognized European airlines for the transport of tourist to and from Maldives;

Safari & Transport Services

Inner Maldives operates a very comprehensive transport division with a fleet of eight speed boats equipped with all amenities and manned by trained and experienced crew. Thus, we are able to provide customised and personalised transfers.

Transport division also has sub-division of Marine Chartering, to handle and operate “live abroad” safari yachts including our own boat Dorado – whether it is for diving or just sailing, we have all modern amenities and can organize any setup as per our Client’s requirement.

We also have Port handling division that handles cruise lines and coordinates staff arrangements and also provides services from obtaining permits to excursions.

We also undertake special promotions such as brochure launches, food promotions and presentations. We gather information pertinent to tourism, which we make available to principals on a monthly basis.

Our Backend
We have a fully computerised tour operating, transportation and accounting system. Our state-of-the-art communication system enables us to offer our services efficiently. In fact, we respond to all queries we receive within 24 hours.

Our feedback system continuously monitors the services provided to our customers. It also analyses our customer satisfaction record. This information is shared with our principals and suppliers, and efforts are made to implement improvements.lid
