We are pleased to announce that the World Travel Awards 2007 has nominated Inner Maldives Holidays as “Indian Ocean’s Leading Travel Agency”. As many of you know that the World Travel Awards (WTA), is the most comprehensive and the most prestigious awards ceremony in the global travel industry today which is also recognized as the travel industry's Oscars.
 
The World Travel Awards will be celebrating winners in the Asia-Pacific region, Australasia and Indian Ocean with a ceremony at the Leela Palace Kempinski, Bangalore in India.
 
The ceremony, which will now take place on November 2nd, 2007 will encompass awards from New Zealand to the Maldives.

The World Travel Awards (WTA) has launched a promotional video showcasing the Middle East and Africa gala event and award ceremony that took place earlier this year at the Emirates Palace hotel in Abu Dhabi.
 
The two minute video clip, which can be viewed on the official WTA website and the awards' Youtube channel, is part of the awards schemes efforts to promote the tourism sectors top players in the media including television, internet, radio as well as other distribution platforms.
