Inner Maldives Holidays has adopted strong philanthropic and environmental policies internally and within the community. We participate in many causes such as fundraisers for Thalassaemics, events to promote Earth Hour and campaigns to empower the Youth and Junior Chamber International Maldives activities. As a business we have raised donations in times of need and employees are encouraged to contribute as well.
Internally as a workplace we only use environmentally responsible paper, LED lights and toner cartridges; and have adopted Earth Hour strategies all year round.
Should our clients wish to purchase renewable energy carbon credits to offset their travel carbon footprint, Inner Maldives Holidays has the ability to provide a report via Climate Friendly with an estimated cost to neutralise.
Inner Maldives Holidays provides internship opportunities and training’s for many youth.
The company is also a strong advocate for United Nations Global Compact. The Global Compact is a principle-based framework for businesses, stating ten principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption. These principles are:
